DanceKing Terms

DanceKing is provided by Purple Fern LLC for watching and following dance videos for personal use.

App license and content

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These notices describe DanceKing's content and use; they do not replace that agreement.

The app's videos, music, artwork, and other materials belong to Purple Fern LLC or their respective rights holders. Access to the app does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the content without the rights holder's permission, except where applicable law allows it. Personal playback to your own compatible TV using AirPlay is supported.

Following a routine

DanceKing provides entertainment, not individual instruction or medical advice. Choose movements that fit your ability. Use a clear space and stable device placement, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. The app does not monitor your movements or check whether you are performing them safely.

Playback and other services

AirPlay depends on Apple software, a compatible receiver, and your connection. Availability and performance may vary. Apple and receiver providers may have their own terms. DanceKing does not promise compatibility with every TV or uninterrupted playback on every connection.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these notices excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection continues to apply.
