DanceKing Privacy Policy

DanceKing is provided by Purple Fern LLC. This policy explains the DanceKing app, this website, and support email separately.

The DanceKing app

DanceKing includes starter videos and checks our content server for new or updated routines when the app opens or becomes active. Video updates download over Wi-Fi and are saved on your device for offline playback. The app does not send camera footage, body data, or playback scores to Purple Fern LLC.

This release does not use the camera or microphone, record you, track your body, or score your movement. It has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, payment, or upload feature.

If you choose AirPlay, Apple's playback system sends video and audio to the device you select. AirPlay requires a compatible receiver and network connection. Apple and your receiver provider operate their own services under their own privacy policies. App Store downloads and any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple are also handled through Apple's systems. See Apple's privacy policy.

Content downloads and this website

Playing saved videos does not require a server connection. When the app checks the content catalog, downloads routines, or you visit this website, our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser or app request information, requested files or pages, request time, and security events to deliver and protect the service. The hosting service may set cookies used for security or traffic management. Neither the website nor the app uses advertising or marketing analytics. Downloaded videos and the local version index stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, device details, or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate problems, and handle your request. Our email provider processes those messages to deliver and store them. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence using the contact below. Some information may need to remain where the law requires it.

Your choices and questions

You can use the app's bundled videos without creating an account or visiting this website. Contact bodydash@purplefernllc.com for a privacy question or request concerning information you have sent us. Include “DanceKing” in the subject so we can direct your request correctly.

We will update this page when the app's data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Nothing in this policy limits privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
